What we collect

When you request a quote, a callback, or send a message we store your name, company, email, phone, job title, site details, and the content of your brief. Server logs may include IP address and browser type. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, book callbacks, deliver goods and services, and keep records required for tax and dispute handling. The lawful bases are contract (or steps prior to contract) and legitimate interests in running a B2B supplier.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no contract follows. Contract, invoice, and delivery records are kept for seven years. You may ask us to delete an unused enquiry sooner.

Sharing

We share details with delivery partners, installers, and software publishers only as needed to fulfil an order you have accepted. We do not pass lists to unrelated marketers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by writing to hello@officecaremaster.me. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We do not use automated decision-making for quotes.
